Unity of Breath Festival

First Annual Gathering of Breath, Community & Co-Creation

10:00 AM Thursday, AUGUST 21 – 2:00 PM Sunday, AUGUST 24, 2025

To the First Annual Unity of Breath Festival—a living, breathing space of radical presence, joyful connection, and deep remembrance.

This gathering is more than a festival. It is the beginning of a global movement—a return to what is essential: conscious breath, shared humanity, and the possibility of a life lived from the inside out.

Held in the heart of nature at the sacred site of Innessence, the festival will bring together pioneers, practitioners, families, and friends—people who are ready to breathe better, together.

Whether you’re experienced or just beginning, your knowledge and breath are welcome here.

The festival is the living seed of a wider global initiative: the Unity of Breath movement—a shared vision to bring conscious breath into every classroom, workplace, family, and life.

The movement is the brainchild of Chris Cochran, a California-based master of conscious breathing whom many describe as a “Prophet of Breath”. For over two decades, Chris has devoted himself to learning, refining, and teaching how breath alone can transform our health, vitality, and presence.
